Degree in Psychology by the University of Barcelona (UB). Master in Social Exclusion Advanced Studies by the UB and Campus Docent Sant Joan de Déu. I currently work as a predoctoral researcher at the department of Social and Quantitative Psychology, UB. I am interested in the ways by which social structures and subjectivites, as two sides of the same coin, are reproduced or transformed.

Cristian Moreno

Degrees in Maths and Physics, Master in Cosmology by the University of Barcelona. Currently I am doing my PhD in Cosmology at the Department of Quantum physics and Astrophysics of the University of Barcelona. My goal is to study if the Dark Energy, which is responsible for the acceleration of the universe, can evolve with time. That would suppose a deviation from the current framework that we accept nowadays.

Elena López Aymerich

Bachelor's in Physics and master's in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. Currently starting a PhD in nanofabrication, simulation and characterisation of photonic crystals based on silicon nanopillars at the Department of Electronics and Biomedical Engineering at University of Barcelona (UB) and in collaboration with Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Fabio Pezzano

Bachelor and Master degrees in Medical Biotechnologies at Universitá di Napoli “Federico II” (UniNa). Currently doing a PhD at Centre of Genomic Regulation (CRG) and Universitad Pompeu Fabra (UPF). My research tries to understand the cross talk between mechanical forces and developmental processes. Interested in scientific event organization and communication.

Marc Montalà Flaquer

Degree in Physics and Master in Neurosciences by the University of Barcelona. Nowadays I am a predoctoral researcher at the Neurophysics group at the Condensed Matter Department in the faculty of Physics and a group of advanced statistical techniques applied to psychology at the faculty of Psychology, both at the University of Barcelona. I aim to study the dynamic richness of in vitro neuronal cultures and try to understand how brain regions "talk" to each other.

Currently purusing a PhD in Nanotechnology at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC) and working in the development of bio-hybrid robots based on muscle tissue and enzymatic nanomotors.
